Oh yes oh yes oh yes! I think you’ve found the key. It wasn’t about her mother. It was about herself. Family systems theory has found that issues of all kinds can show up many generations later if they aren’t dealt with. Something deep within her knew that, even though it wasn’t conscious knowledge.
