I love you to the moon and back. And I know you loved me that much too. Even when we were on each other’s last nerve. Happy Mother’s Day, Mama.
Happy Mother’s Day to all who are caring for or have cared for their mother, whether up close or from a distance. It’s a challenging relationship. Love yourself. Forgive yourself. Forgive her.

The most complicated relationship we ever have. Not everyone has the chance to live in its center; to be pulled in by love and gravity and such a deep sense of committment. And certainly not everyone has the courage to stay in the shifting sands. I feel grateful to have had the chance to see the tenderness of you two together. Happy Mother’s Day my dear friend. And Happy Daughter’s Day too ♡
